PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of a false signal wave owing to a noise, and to reduce the interval between trains. SOLUTION: An error correcting code adding part 12 of an ATC transmitter 1 adds an error correcting code to a coding approach permitting position information at a signal generator 11, and delivers it to a transmittor 13. A code detector 32 of an ATC on-vehicle device 3 detects a code information received through a track circuit, and confirms whether it is a normal code information or a nonsignal. When the received information is a normal code information, a speed control pattern generator generates a speed control pattern up to the approach permitting terminal position of a train. When it is detected that the received information is made into a non-signal, a speed control pattern fixing part 36 fixes the speed control pattern generated before that time. A speed controller 35 controls the speed of the train in the track circuit which is the nonsignal section, by the fixed speed control pattern. |
