PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lenticular lens sheet to be used for a transmission type screen in such a manner that a fine lenticular lens shape which can not be obtd. by a conventional die molding method is formed perpendicular to the base lens, and to provide its production method. SOLUTION: Before the lenticular lens sheet 11 is formed by extrusion molding, a plastic film for molding having fine lenticular lens shape 12 formed on its surface perpendicular to the direction of the base lens is prepared by using an ionizing radiation-curing resin. The obtd. film for molding is supplied between the molding die and the resin to be molded during the extrusion process so that the fused resin side is brought into contact with the fine lenticular lens sheet. After the fused resin is cooled, the plastic film for molding is removed by peeling. Thus, the obtd. lenticular lens sheet has a fine lenticular lens shape 12 formed perpendicular to the base lens sheet. |
