PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a good-looking placon panel of carious types of fiber glass as a composite material in economical way using a solid molding die whose forces can be simply reset. SOLUTION: When a molding die is completely closed, a valve for switching the direction of a hydraulic tubular system for the clamping and the forward pressing of a molding die is set to a neutral position, then a hydraulic oil supply port for forward pressing for a die clamping cylinder is connected to a drain tubular path and a hydraulic tubular passage for the clamping and forward pressing of the molding die is set to a non-pressure state. Under this die clamping mechanism, the short dimensional frame of the bottom force 3 of the molding die is fixed in size, which only the long dimensional frame 33 is of the dimensionally variable resetting-type die structure. On the other hand, the top force 4 of the molding die consists of an upper and a lower half of a fixed die structure. In addition, a four way frame 11 for the bottom force 3 on the fixed side and a band-like protrusion continuous to the surface are formed on the outer face,. Further, a shielding frame block 6 for preventing a molten resin from flowing to the outside is activated with the main body of the four way frame 11 in such a state that the block 6 is strongly fitted tightly to a top force frame 42 of a molding die and the four way frame 11 by the elastic force of a spring 7. |
