PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container of good sealing properties which never affects adversely the taste of a content, provides a film with good slip properties and generates no problems in the laminating process and provides the suitability for the frame sealing or heat sealing and the suitability for a filling and packaging machine. SOLUTION: A paper container sealant layer being laminated with a base material of a paper container P is composed of at least the following three layers, namely a layer 10 being in contact with a content which is composed of an ethylene-α.olefin copolymer polymerized by using a single site catalyst, an intermediate layer 9 composed of S-PE and/or polyethylene (hereafter referred as PE) and a layer 8 to be laminated directly on the base layer of the paper container composed of S-PE and/or PE.
