PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve receiving quality or to improve capacity of a radio channel by constituting a down radio channel with a radio channel which has a transmission speed that is faster than the slowest transmission speed that can be provided as a call or which has the fastest transfer speed that can be provided as a call. SOLUTION: A down radio channel has down radio frames 11 to 15 for a high, intermediate and low speeds respectively. A call whose speed is slower than a transmission speed of the radio frame 11 performs time sharing of a radio frame 13, divides it into two time slots, allocates calls 1 and 2 to each slot, and multiple calls share the radio frame and transmit a signal. Also, a call whose speed is slower than a transmission speed of a radio frame 13 performs time sharing of a radio frame 15, divides it into four time slots, allocates one call to each slot, and multiple calls share the radio frame and transmit a signal. Because this makes transmission speeds be realized with only one radio channel, a hardware scale of a mobile station can be reduced. |
