SOLUTION: This instant food is produced by mixing wheat flour, rice flour, buckwheat flour and/or another grain flour as the main raw material with water, seasonings and/or an ingredient, kneading the mixture, preparing dough 3 by spreading and forming the obtained kneaded material, subjecting the resultant dough 3 to a steaming treatment by blowing heated steam from above while the dough 3 is transported by a plate-shaped metal conveyor 2 on which the dough is put and cutting the treated dough into an appropriate size followed by drying. |
