PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the radio calling receiver in which a specific message is displayed at application of power at a designated date so as to easily manage schedule of an event independently of time such as a birthday. SOLUTION: The receiver is provided with a message memory 51 of a RAM 5 storing an entered message and a display designated data in cross reference, and an MPU 6 retrieves the message memory 51 at application of power and reads and displays a message whose display designated date is coincident with a current date. Furthermore, a check flag corresponding to each message is provided and a check flag of a message displayed once at the display designated date is set to '0' so as to avoid display at succeeding power application. |
