摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a frame relay network by providing a bypass device which monitors the communication state of a communication path and switches it to a specific bypass if a communication is disabled, and correcting the reception order of receive frames with a frame transmission number when the change of the communication path is detected on a reception side. SOLUTION: When a terminal accommodation device 300 receives a frame transferred from an accommodated terminal 200 to an opposite terminal through the communication path, the communication state of the communication path is monitored and when the communication is disabled, the bypass device 310 switches the path to a specific bypass to make a communication. Here, when the frame transferred from an opposite terminal is received, a path change detecting device 303 detects the change of the communication path. After the change of the communication path is detected, a frame reception order tentative control unit 304 corrects the reception order of receive frames with the frame transmission numbers for a specific period. Consequently, if the communication path is troubled or recovers from trouble, or when the order of receive frames is inverted, automatic conversion or correction is carried out.
