PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning method with which the security of a prepaid card is improved by improving accuracy for managing a frequency hole on the surface of the card. SOLUTION: A mesh sensor 2 as a 1st detecting means forming a conductive stripe circuit network in the XY direction of an object face 1 and a 1st position specifying means 6 for specifying the position of a punch hole 3 or the like on the object face by electrically scanning the surface of the mesh sensor are provided and positioning is performed by exactly specifying the position, where a state is changed, like the punch hole on the mesh sensor. |
