PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of a catheter which consists of an inside layer tube of a flexible extremely fine tube to be inserted with a guide wire in its central hole and to reduce a cost by making it possible to adjust and set the mechanical properties varied in the required performance by the zones of the longitudinal direction of the tubular body. SOLUTION: The outer periphery of the inside layer pipe 2 is provided with an outside layer part 7 wound and stuck with a resin tape 10 by overlap winding. The lap quantity L of the overlap winding is specified to a gradually increasing shape, like L1, L2, L3, L4, etc., toward the base end from the front end. The mechanical properties in the longitudinal direction of the tubular body are intentionally adjusted and set by the change in the adjustment of the lap quantity L. |
