This invention refers to a device for cleaning tubes on the inside, such as tubes of irrigation systems in agriculture, those of systems for transport of liquids, those of plumbing systems, as well as any other tubes that may clog during usage. According to this invention, the device consists of a mounting board (1) on which a hydro-rotary engine (5) is mounted, operated by a liquid meant to soak and wash away the deposits formed on the inner wall of the tube that is to be cleaned, the engine operating on the one hand certain driving wheels that make the device advance upstream within the tube, and on the other hand operating a roller brush (7) meant to remove the deposits from the tube walls. The deposits are carried off downstream by gravity with the help of the liquid flow; the device is fixed on the tube walls and fastened against rotation by pressing and stabilising pulleys (11) operated by a locking cam (13) by means of a laminated spring (12).
