The nut-screw drive adjusts the position between two seat sections (1,2) which are connected together. It has the screw (4) connected to a first section (1) by a rotary guides and axial stops (12,13) and a nut (7) connected to the second section. The screw has a shoulder (14) with at least one front face (17,18) and has complementary axial stops (19,20), fixed to the first section and positioned with respect to the front face with play (J) which is predetermined in the direction between the front face and the complementary stops.
