PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a battery cover to open 90 deg.C or more to lock the door in an opened condition, and prevent a fitting line of the battery cover from worsening the appearance of an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: In a battery storage device, in the inside of both side ends of a battery cover 16 over a total width of a cabinet 12, a hinge mechanism is provided, also its hinge pin 22, in the case of opening/closing operation, is constrained by a bearing 26, the battery cover 16, in the case of locking it, is placed so as to escape in a part of escape 27 in a back surface side, the battery cover 16, when it is completely opened, is placed so as to be locked by a stepped part 37 of the cabinet 12. |
