PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 60 deg. winding to improve the space factor. SOLUTION: For a pyramidal shape winding method with windings at a winding start angle of 60 deg. is made from one side to the other to form a transformer coil, the winding 1 runs down to the width of a lowermost layer to form only one final turn 54 adjacent an already wound turn 43 at the width end of this layer, without forming two turns, then runs up to form one turn 55 in an upper groove between the final turn 54 and adjacent turn 43 of the lowermost layer and similarly other turns at the upper layers and successively neighboring two turns 59, 60 from the interior to this side at an uppermost layer, runs down to form turns at lower layers and turn 63 at the third layer from the lowermost layer and runs up to form turns at the upper layers. |
