PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of control on coils and reduce thrust ripple. SOLUTION: A moving member 14 is formed by attaching permanent magnet 16-19 to a mounting board 15 in such a manner that the moving member is opposed to coils 13. Hall elements 20 are disposed on a stator 11. Each of the permanent magnets 16-19 is made of a single magnet magnetized in a single pole. Narrow projected coupling sections 16a, 17a, 17b, 18a, 18b, 19a are formed on the ends of permanent magnets 16-19 that adjoin one another in the direction of travel, and the coupling sections 16a, 17a, 17b, 18a, 18b, 19a are interconnected. |
