PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the recovery current of diodes by adding a fly-back converter, comprising a transformer, a second switching means and a second diode, to a boosting converter, comprising a chock, a first switching means and a first diode. SOLUTION: A boosting converter is constituted of a choke 2, a first switching means 3 and a first diode 4. A series circuit comprising primary winding 71 and a second switching means 8 is parallel-connected with the first switching means 3. A series circuit comprising secondary winding 72 and a second diode 9 is connected between an input direct-current power supply 1 and an output capacitor 5. A fly-back converter is constituted of the transformer 7, the second switching means 8 and the second diode 9. |
