<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability and the maintenance performance by setting any of a plurality of terminal equipments to be a master terminal equipment in the case of perusing a received electronic mail among a plurality of the terminal equipments and allowing the master terminal equipment to circulate or store/arrange all electronic mails. SOLUTION: When a person uses a slave terminal equipment 21 to conduct a mail open job, an electronic mail server 10 transfers an electronic mail to the slave terminal equipment and does not delete the transferred electronic mail file and revises the name of the electronic mail file by adding a file extender to the file name and stores the original electronic mail file on the server 10. Thus, when a master terminal equipment 20 conducts a mail open job, the master terminal equipment 20 peruses, stores and arranges all electronic mails even when any of them is perused by the slave terminal equipment 21. Since the server 10 receives information as to whether an opening mail processing is conducted by the master terminal equipment 20 or the slave terminal equipment 21 through a master terminal equipment open mail information transmission means 4 or a slave terminal equipment open mail information transmission means, the slave terminal equipment 21 does not peruse again the electronic mail which is once perused by the slave terminal equipment 21 already.</p> |
