PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve induction performance by early discriminating a flying object, being an object to be discriminated, from a remote place. SOLUTION: Based on the differential image of an infrared ray image photographed by an infrared ray camera 1, the angular velocity vector of each luminescent point is detected by a speed vector detecting circuit 3 and based on the differential image and a binary-coded image, an area at each luminescent point is detected by an image area detecting circuit 4. Further, based on the infrared ray image, a luminance level at each luminescent point is detected by a luminance distribution detecting circuit 5. The detecting data is collated with estimated detecting data read from a data base 61 by a collating part 62 of a data processing circuit 6. Based on the collating result, by excluding other luminescent point than an object from a screen by a separation processing part 63, an object is discriminated. |
