PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical circuit module which is small in size and can be mounted in a small space. SOLUTION: This module is equipped with a single-core ferrule 9 which has one coated optical fiber 4a, a double-core ferrule 16 which has two parallel coated optical fibers 2a and 7a, an optical filter 17 which is joined with the end surface part of one coated optical fiber 7a of the double-core ferrule 16, a 1st collimator lens 12 which is arranged on the optical axis of the single-core ferrule 9, a 2nd collimator lens 18 which is arranged at a position including the two optical axes of the double-core ferrule 16, and an optical multiplexing demultiplexing filter 19 which is arranged nearby the focus position of the 2nd collimator lens 18. Here, the coated optical fiber 4a of the single-core ferrule 9 and one coated optical fiber 2a of the double-core ferrule 16 are optically coupled with each other on the optical transmission path of the optical multiplexing demultiplexing filter 19, and the two coated optical fibers 2a and 7a of the double-core ferrule 16 are optically coupled on the reflection optical path of the optical multiplexing demultiplexing filter 19. |
