PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain good superconducting characteristics even if a rectangular material or a large area material is present by combining plural metal bases or oxide bases in a plane shape or plate shape with their surfaces bonded in opposite. SOLUTION: A paste is applied on a substrate 10 by means of screen printing, and a type crystal 20 is placed on one end in the longitudinal direction thereon. And, it is held in air of 150 deg.C for 30 minutes, isopropyl alcohol as a solvent is evaporated and is held at 600 deg.C for 30 minutes, and a binder is decomposed. Next, this substrate 10 is placed in a furnace in which the maximum temperature is 1020 deg.C and the temperature gradient at this time is 10 deg.C/cm, moved from a high temperature side to a low temperature side at a speed of 1cm/h so that a position at which the type crystal 20 is placed is at a tip end thereof, a super-conducting granule is melted and grown, and a superconducting conductor (Y123 membrane) is formed. A pair of superconducting conductor 30 fabricated with the above process is prepared, a contact face is abraded, then faces of the respective super-conductive conductor 30 is opposed, pressurized and heated, then it is cooled to room temperature and heat-treated. |
