SOLUTION: In on-line shopping, the article number of an article or the like is transmitted from a personal computer 1 through a public network 2, an SP server 3 and an internet 4 to an IP server 5. Also, the secret information such as the number of the credit card, the ID of a user and a password is directly transmitted from the personal computer 1 to the IP server 5 through only the public network 2 by establishing a communication link through the public network 2 between the personal computer 1 and the IP server 5. |
