PROCESS LINE FOR CRUSHING SLAG-MATTE CRUSTS

摘要

The process line is used in copper production for the treatment of crusts with high copper content. By it the crusts are crushed from 800-1000 mm to 7 mm so that they could be mixed with the initial burden which is fed for smelting. Crushing is performed in five stages, in the first stages jew crushers being used, and roller crushers in the last two ones. The discharge holes of the crushers are two-way limited and the pieces of metal copper discovered during crushing are pressed in the form of plates after which they are separated after every crushing stage by screening on screen devices with square meshes of the screening surfaces.
