<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use all the contact type IC card, noncontact type IC card and IC card in common for contact type and noncontact type. SOLUTION: An IC card 50 is provided with a terminal part 55 for performing communication with a contact type IC card reader/writer, transmission/reception part 56 for performing communication with a noncontact type IC card reader/writer, modulation/demodulation part 57 for modulating transmission data to the noncontact type IC cart reader/writer and demodulating received data from the noncontact type IC card reader/writer, CPU 51, detecting means for detecting whether the IC card is inserted into the contact type IC card reader/writer or the noncontact type IC card reader/writer, and selector 59 for connecting any one of terminal part 55 and modulation/demodulation part 57 with the CPU 51.</p> |
