A textile material is essentially a needle bonded nonwoven together with 1200-1500 wt.% of a mineral powder as a thermal conductor held by a thermoplastic bonding. Preferably the nonwoven material is of fibres and/or filaments of polyethylene, polyester, polyamide, polypropylene or a mixture of them, in a fabric weight of 750-1000 g/m<2> with a porosity approaching 90%. The mineral powder has a thermal conductivity character of sand, using carbonates and calcium silicates. The thermoplastic bonding is a dispersed resin of acrylic, styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and nitrile types.
