PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the feed of microbes into a mixer water tank and stabilize the operation by arranging a replenishing water line having a sterilizing means in which replenishing water is converted into pure water or strong acidic water, then supplied to the mixer water tank. SOLUTION: A sterilizing means 24 in which replenishing water is converted into pure water or strong acidic water, then supplied to a mixer water tank 22 is arranged in a replenishing water line 23 through which the replenishing water is supplied to the mixer water tank 22 and water balance is held. As the sterilizing means 24, an ion exchange water treating device is suitable, and when the replenishing water is changed into pure water, the mixing bed of a cation exchanger and an anion exchanger is used as an ion exchanger. When the replenishing water in converted into strong acidic water, only the cation exchanger is used as the ion exchanger. The feed of microbes into the mixer water tank 22 from the replenishing water line 23 in prevented, and at the same time, salts which become a metabolism of the microbe are removed, and thereby, the propagation of the microbe in the mixer water tank 22 is prevented. |
