PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeder capable of carrying part precisely securing flat surface on the part carrying surface of a belt, even if the part carrying suface undulates due to the uneven thickness, etc., of the belt itself. SOLUTION: A plurality of leaf springs B1 are arranged beneath the part used for the part carriage of a belt 7 to energize the belt upward by the leaf springs B1, and the surface of the belt 7 is pressure welded, into the bottom of a part guide 5 in a movable state, so that a flat surface may be secured on the part carriage surface correcting the undulation by the pressure welding step even if the part carriage surface is undulated due to slacking, uneven thickness and so on, of the belt 7 itself. Through these procedures, a specified upper clearance of each part P can be made to that the turbulence in attitude such as overlap, gradient etc., in the part P on the belt 7 in the part carriage process may be avoided without fail, thereby enabling part carriage to be performed precisely and smoothly. |
