<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an insulation coating from being damaged by coming off and rubbing of an anchored wire displaced by a wind pressure or the like. SOLUTION: A wire receiving groove 12, 12', 13, 13' is provided in a wire winding shaft part 3, 3' of a base unit 1, a wire W, W' is fitted to be anchored to each wire receiving groove 12, 12', 13, 13', the anchored wire W, W' is prevented from being displaced by a wind pressure or the like. In a lower surface of the wire W, W' received to the wire receiving groove 12, l2', 13, 13' and a bottom surface thereof, a prescribed space S is formed, so as to more prevent damaging of an insulation coating of the wire W, W'.</p> |
