PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which is easily adaptive to a change of an interruption process. SOLUTION: A program memory 51 in which vector addresses assignable to one interruption request are previously stored, an external input terminal P100 for a vector select signal capable of switching the correspondence relation between the interruption request and said vector addresses, and a vector address generating circuit which determines a vector address corresponding to the interruption request according to the vector select signal from the said external input terminal are provided. The correspondence relation between the interruption request and vector addresses is switched with the vector select signal to selectively perform interruption processing programs.
