PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction terminal to which a tension member clamp can be easily attached and fixed stably and tightly. SOLUTION: This traction terminal is so constituted that a tension member clamp 23 having a cylindrical fixation part 23b having a spiral projection part 23a fitted in a groove part 11a in the outer periphery of a slot 11 formed is fixed to an end part of the slot 11 where an optical fiber F which has a tension member 12 embedded along the internal length and the slot 11 at the groove part 11a in the outer periphery is ferruled. This tension member clamp 23 can easily be fixed only by being screwed as a kind of nut in the exposed slot 11.
