<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which isolation characteristics between switching devices independent of each other are improved with a relatively simple construction. SOLUTION: Two high-frequency switching devices, comprising a common port, two independent ports, and two control ports for controlling electrical connection between the common port and the independent ports, are fixed on an island 3 of a lead frame, and a lead terminal 5 connected to the common port, lead terminals 6 and 7 wire-connected to the independent ports, and lead terminals 8 and 9 connected to the control ports between both lead terminals, are provided. The island 3 has extension members 10a and 10b, between the lead terminals 8, 9 connected to the control port and the lead terminal 5 connected to the common port, or between the lead terminals 8, 9 connected to the control port and the lead terminals 6, 7 connected to the independent ports.</p> |
