PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate history management in specification preparation by preparing a specification by preparing a specification content table in which the classification information of specification contents and its arrangement place are made correspondent while using a prepared history table. SOLUTION: The history managing table is prepared for managing the corrected parts of the specification. Next, the specification content table is prepared while using the prepared history managing table. Finally, the specification is prepared from the specification content table. In this case, a specification part data base stores specification parts required for preparing the specification. Namely, the same one specification part is stored while being distinguished for each version of the specification as shown by specification parts 110a and 110b. Besides, the specification parts 110 have information (specification sub- parts) 111 and 112 for defining the details of specification parts. Then, these specification sub-parts 111 and 112 can be registered as many as the required number corresponding to the kinds of specification parts. |
