PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express a number of stripes on a protection tube and make inconspicuous wires inserted through a long narrow hole by forming a roulette mesh in a length direction of a protection tube of a fluorescent lamp and forming a protrusion stripe having the hole through which wires can be inserted. SOLUTION: A protection tube is made of synthetic resin having translucency, and a roulette mesh 5 is formed in a length direction in the internal face full circumference thereof. In addition, a protrusion stripe 8 having a long narrow hole 7 through which a wire 6 can be inserted is formed in a length direction of an inner face proper part. The roulette mesh continuously forms a number of recess stripes of which sectional shape is semi-circular. When the diameter of this semi-circle is substantially identical to the diameter of the hole 7, a reflection angle of light rays when a fluorescent lamp 1 is turned ON is substantially identical, the entire protection tube 2 is brightened evenly, and the wire 6 is more hardly visible. |
