PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit without receiving restriction by the width of a signal line. SOLUTION: A lower-side ground electrode 10, a dielectric 12 and an upper- side ground electrode 14 are successively laminated and a signal line 16 of a fixed width is provided in this dielectric 12. Then the thickness of a dielectric part 12a on the side upper than this signal line 16 is locally varied along the transmission line of strip line structure. Namely the dielectric is made thick at inductive parts 22 and 26 and made thin at a capacitive part 24. |
