<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and miniaturize a photovoltatic sensor assembly. SOLUTION: Communication holes 23, 23 communicating a space part of a mount stage 14 of the photovoltaic sensor and a space part of a photovoltaic sensor storage box 1 are formed in a diaphragm. Moreover, an adsorbent 24 is accommodated only at either one of the space parts of the mount stage 14 and storage box 1. The space parts are dried by the adsorbent 24.</p> |
