<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner composition for developing statically charged image and a picture image formation method which can obtain high negative charging property stably without reducing friction charging property of toner, cause rise of charging instantaneously when toner is added (excel in toner addition property), improve environment depending property of toner, excel in fluidity and resistance against caking, do not damage a photosensitive body, do not cause a defect of a picture image, and can obtain excellent picture quantity. SOLUTION: In a toner composition for developing statically charged image consisting of binding resin, toner particle containing coloring agent, and additive, the additive is composed of at least two kinds of titan compounds having different particle size distribution scopes. Moreover, one kind of the titan compound or more is obtained by the reaction of TiO(OH)2 with silane compound, especially silane coupling agent. Preferably, specific gravity of this compound is 2.8 to 3.6.</p> |
