PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user managing system for computer system with which the burden of a manager for managing users can be reduced by managing the exchange of users without the update work of a user managing file due to the manager of the computer system. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a user managing file 30 for pairing and storing a section ID to be applied for each section, to which the user of the computer system belongs, and a user password to be applied for each user, user register function part 21 for registering the section ID and the user password into the user managing file by the manager, user verify function part 23 for discriminating whether it is a regular user or not based on the section ID and the user password, and password change function part 22 having functions for changing the user password to be stored in the user managing file by the user and returning the user password to an initial value when exchanging the user. Then, since a successor user succeeds the initial value of the user password from the predecessor user, the users can be exchanged. |
