PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency lighting device with no such a trouble that a lamp comes on and off even if a control means generates an operation stop signal when power source voltage dropped. SOLUTION: When AC power supply is stopped, a battery power source 4 is connected to a high frequency generating means 1 with a power failure detecting means 5, the voltage of the battery power source 4 is applied to a control means 7, and the control means 7 detects drop in battery voltage and generates an operation stop signal. A signal obstructing means 11 obstructs the operation stop signal so as not to be inputted in the high frequency generating means 1. In an emergency, a lamp lighting power is supplied to the high frequency generating means 1, the terminal voltage of the battery decreases, and even if it exceeds the specified limit and the control means 7 generates the operation stop signal, the operation stop signal is obstructed with the signal obstructing means 11, and not inputted in the high frequency generating means 1. Such a trouble that a lamp comes on and off by temporary recovery of the battery power source can be prevented. |
