PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by automatically controlling the display state of circulation data in accordance with a job and a role at every circulation destination when data is circulated by means of a workflow. SOLUTION: A data circulation system adds a server 106 providing a database 109 and a client 100 which is connected to the server 106 with LAN and is provided with a display device 101 and an input device 102. At this time, main control 103, display control 104 and workflow control 105 are mounted in the client 100 and the display state of circulation data in the display device 101 is automatically controlled in accordance with the job and the role at every circulation destination in the respective clients 100 by setting, updating and referring to a display template 110, a job-user control table 111, a route defining table 112 and a data state control table 113. |
