PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a soft lead tip part electrode structure which is conventionally mechanically unstable in an opened state and maintain the remarkable mechanical position stability by forming the flexible lead in a ring like shape and fixing the lead tip part electrode in the first substrate of a part for surface mounting. SOLUTION: A ring-like flat cable composes an exposed electrode 10 for electric connection corresponding to the position of contacting a connection electrode of a second substrate 3, a flat cable-type flexible lead terminal 18 structure is constituted to form an exposed electrode for electric connection in one end side or both end sides to be fixed with a first substrate 2. One end side of the flat cable type flexible lead terminal 18 is fixed in the first substrate 2 and the flat cable is formed into a ring like shape with a prescribed diameter and the other end side of the flat cable is fixed in the first substrate 2 and at least one end side of both ends fixed in the first substrate 2 is electrically connected to a land of the first substrate 2. |
