The ruler has on one end is provided with a rod with a conical end contact with measuring holes and points and the ruler in its other end has a magnetic fastener. The fastener has a centering device which centers the fastener relative holes in the bottom. The centering device is a conical mandrel that against the force of a spring can be pushed into the fastening. The fastener is dividable for the insertion of an extension piece lowering the ruler. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a fastener, and measuring device for vehicles. |
