PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for a measurement by simultaneously contacting and reacting a sample with a solid phase and an anti-hemoglobin Alc antibody. SOLUTION: A sample is simultaneously made to contact with a solid phase and anti-hemoglobin Alc antibody, so that the anti-hemoglobin Alc antibody connected with the solid-phase sample generated by reaction and unreacted anti-hemoglobin Alc antibody are separated. The anti-hemoglobin Alc antibody connected with the solid-phase sample and the unreacted anti-hemoglobin Alc antibody are detected one-step immunity measurement of hemoglobin Alc antibody is thereby enabled. If only a substance is physically adsorbed to hemoglobin, a using solid phase is not limited however, for example, a tube and a ball using such a material as glass and polystyrene and cited. It is preferably a solid phase having a large surface area, because it increases absorption quantity of hemoglobin, so as to improve the measurement sensitivity.
