PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a surrounded type engine working machine compact, and improve the effectiveness of its vibro-isolating support, its radiating and soundproofing properties. SOLUTION: An engine 2 and a working machine 3 are integrally supported by an antirattler 30 while being connected in series for driving in front and rear and are contained in a soundproof case 1. The antirattler 30 comprises a plurality of rubber vibration isolators 32 for integrally supporting the engine 2 and working machine 3 and a plate damper 34 provided under the rubber vibration isolators 32 through base plates 33 and 35, and vibro-isolatingly supports the engine 2 and working machine 3 with a predetermined forward tilting angleθ. The engine 2 and a cooling fan 6, a muffler 7, and an exhaust pipe 8 drawn from the muffler 7 are respectively surrounded by a first air duct 11, a second air duct 13, and an exhaust duct 14 which is provided at its termination with a muffler chamber 15. The muffler chamber 15 is disposed in space under the forward-tilted working machine 3.
