PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operational defect caused by the version difference of board and program by setting the versions to softwares loaded to a main board and plural sub-boards and checking the combination of these versions before the start of device operation. SOLUTION: The versions are set to the main application software and respective sub-block softwares of main board loading a main application control part 8 and plural sub-boards as a video input/output control part 3, image CODEC part 4, ISDNI/F part 5 and voice CODEC part 9 and these versions are stored in a storage device 6. Before the start of device operating, these versions are read out of the storage device 6 and the combination of respective versions is checked. Thus, the operational defect caused by the version difference of board and program can be prevented previously.
