Prepn. of mixed vaccine and diagnostic reagent comprises a)extracting the mouse brain infected with Hantaan virus, b)purifing the obtained virus with 20% methyl alcohol, c)precipitating with a centrifugal separator having 3,000 rpm at 4 deg. C for 30 min, d)treating with 40% ethyl alcohol, e)precipitating with a centrifugal separator having 3,000 rpm at 4 deg. C for 30 min, f)separating the pure Han taan virus antigen, g)inactivating the virus by adding formalin. This vaccine is effect for the diagnosis of several antibody.
