PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily investigate the trouble part of a user device by prossessing data through a communication line to the diagnostic device of a maintenance center and diagnosing the device to be diagnosed through simulation based on the possessed data later. SOLUTION: History data containing the trouble operation information of a device 1 to be diagnosed are possessed from a maintenance terminal 5 through a MODEM 2, communication line 6 and MODEM 3 to a diagnostic device 4 and reported to the diagnostic device 4 set to the mode for being operated by the history data possessed from the maintenance terminal 5. Simultaneously with the report of history data from the maintenance terminal 5 or corresponding to the report of a command from the operator of the maintenance terminal 5, based on the history data and operating command, the diagnostic device 4 diagnoses the device 1 to be diagnosed through the simulation. Thus, the trouble part of the user device can be speedily investigated. |
