PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating convenience for the user by providing a means requesting a public service independently of the identification result. SOLUTION: On the occurrence of a request of extension or external lien speech in a PCS(personal communication system) terminal equipment, in the case of an external line speech request, it is identified whether or not an HBS is registered in identification information stored in a storage section 29, and whether or not the communication service is allowed is decided. In the case that the speech request is an extension speech request, a public processing control section 42 is activated to permit the extension speech even when the HBS is not registered. In this case, even when the control section 41 decides unapproval of the speech, the public processing control section 42 accepts the extension speech independently of the decision of the control section 41. That is, the permission or reject of the speech in the PCS terminal equipment 40 is finally decided not by the control section 41 but by the public processing control section 42. Thus, a mobile communication terminal equipment having not been used all services definitely receives the public service. |
