PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the working of a nipple member and prevent its crushing through caulking. SOLUTION: A female socket metal fitting for a hose comprises a tubular body 1 and a nipple member 17 disposed coaxially therein. The nipple member 17 is composed of separate members of a large-diameter seal part 10 and a small-diameter tube part 15. The seal part 10 is integrally molded with the body 1 and the tube part 15 is fitted into the seal part 10.
