<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the taping work of a splice part (j) of a coupling electric wire Wj compatible with high taping performance. SOLUTION: An electric wire attaching/detaching port O is formed with a fixed side brush 13 and a moving side brush 14 both fixed to a casing 11. The moving side brush 14 is energized in the direction separating from the fixed side brush 13 with an energizing member 20 when the easing 11 is stopped. When the casing 11 is rotated, the moving side brush 14 approaches the fixed side brush 13 by the centrifugal force of a free weight 25. Since the electric wire attaching/detaching port O partitioned between a pair of brushes 13, 14 is opened when a coupling electric wire Wj is attached/detached and closed during taping work, the attaching/detaching of the coupling electric wire Wj is made easy, and high clamping force can be obtained.</p> |
