PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrophotography which can reduce the use of mold releasing agent its adhesion on a picture image, can make a fixing device compact, provides excellent resistance against offset property, and can obtain high quality picture image. SOLUTION: Toner for electrophotography contains at least binding resin and coloring agent. As for the binding resin, its content of component having molecular weight of 10,000 or less is 45 weight % or less, and polyester resin of which dynamic viscous elasticity satisfies G'' (100 rad-sec)/1000>=30 contains G'' (shows a value of dynamic viscous elasticity in frequency 100 red/sec at a temperature at which (1 rad/sec) becomes 1×10<3> Pa.) Preferably, the temperature at which the G'' (1 rad/sec) becomes 1×10<3> Pa is 180 deg.C or less.
