摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the tilt angle sensor with high resolution, low electric noise, short dead band and capable of detecting a defect at a closest distance which is applied to high performance crack detection by employing a high polymer piezoelectric body for the vibrator. SOLUTION: A protection member 2, an electrode A3 and a vibrator 4 consisting of a high polymer piezoelectric body and a resonance reflection plate 5 as a printed circuit board on which an electrode B and an electric matching circuit are mounted are sequentially laminated on a slope of a wedge 1. Furthermore, a resonance coil 6 and a matching coil 7 are connected to the electrode A3 and fixed onto the slope of the wedge 1 and the matching coil 7 and the electric matching circuit compensate a lower sensitivity being a defect of the high polymer piezoelectric member. Thus, the high polymer piezoelectric member is employed for the vibrator 4, then an excellent characteristic such as a short dead band and excellent distance resolution is provided and since a complicated sound field specific to a close distance sound field is not remarkable, the tilt angle sensor is used for detection and evaluation of a crack in existence in the vicinity of the surface of an object.
